Clients agree to the payment terms specified in the contract. Thelunosa reserves the right to modify its pricing and fees at any time. Invoices must be settled by the due date to avoid disruptions to services.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies are outlined in the contract provided to the client. Thelunosa may retain a percentage of the agreed-upon fee for services already rendered. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in the contract.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, and designs, on the Thelunosa website is the intellectual property of Thelunosa. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the website without prior written consent.

Thelunosa respects the confidentiality of client information and event details. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Liability
Thelunosa is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, and unforeseen circumstances. Thelunosa’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided.
Modifications
Thelunosa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the services after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes
